Paul was more at ease now that he knew supernatural beings might not attack vampires. This meant he was safe. He felt sorry for humans, but he had become a vampire, not an angel, and could not take care of human problems.

He only killed some vampires who had killed many people because he had promised his father. These vampires went beyond the limits and hunted only for fun and not for nourishment.

But he would not hunt supernatural beings just to help humans, especially knowing that they were not hostile to vampires. After all, Paul was also a supernatural being, so it was hypocritical for him to hunt demons and witches when he was not human.

Paul stayed with the Denali coven vampires for a few months and was waiting for the next year to meet the Cullens. But before he expected it, the Cullens came to the Denali coven's house.

Tanya and the other vampires were not like Paul and were even more surprised by the arrival of the Cullens. But Tanya was happy to see Edward again, and Paul was sad for her because he knew that Bella would show up in Forks, and Edward would marry her.

"Carlisle, I didn't expect to see you here so soon," said Tanya.

"We're moving again, as we agreed with Paul that we would take him to live with us. We came here to get him," said Carlisle, looking at Paul.

"I understand, Paul was really looking forward to it. A few years ago, he said he would live with you, and it seemed like he was waiting for it to be a few years later," said Tanya.

"We didn't expect it to be so soon either, but I thought it would be better if we moved before to prepare for my children to go to school," said Carlisle.

Carlisle was embarrassed and seemed to be hiding something from Tanya. Paul thought it could be related to Alice, and that was why Carlisle didn't want to say it. Tanya wasn't curious and didn't ask any further.

Paul was trying to focus on Carlisle's conversation because he wanted to avoid continuing to look at Alice. Since she arrived with the Cullens, Alice hadn't stopped looking at Paul, and all the other vampires had noticed it too.

Paul had seen that Edward said something to Alice as soon as they arrived, and after that, Alice kept looking at Paul very happily. It wasn't hard to imagine that Edward had read Irina's mind and found out that she had broken up with Paul several years ago.

Since Paul wasn't dating Irina anymore, Alice saw no reason to pretend she didn't like him, especially since she had to wait for over 12 years to find Paul again, and she was sure he was her mate.

Rosalie and Edythe tried to make Alice stop looking at Paul, but this time they couldn't. Carlisle noticed and quickly came up with a solution.

"Emmett, Jasper, go talk to Paul and tell him more about where we will be living for the next few years. We still have some things to discuss with Tanya," said Carlisle.

Emmett just laughed and went with Jasper to Paul's room, taking him without giving Paul a chance to refuse. Paul also laughed and went with Emmett to talk. He hoped they would go to Forks, but he wasn't sure, after all, this was a different world.

"Emmett, it's good to see you again. I still remember that baseball game we had years ago," said Paul.

"Hahaha, I remember that too. It was one of the most fun games I've ever played in my life, especially because I got to see Edward lose," said Emmett.

"Fortunately, we can soon play more games like that because I'm going to live with you guys now," said Paul.

"Yes, we can play some more games like that, but unfortunately, it will be difficult to play baseball when we move to the new city. Since humans live nearby, we have to wait for a storm to be able to play," said Emmett.

Paul remembered hearing that in the movie. It was because the strength of vampires was too great, and a hit with the bat sounded like thunder. But he remembered that in Forks, most days were rainy, so it wasn't hard to find a stormy day.

In the place we are going to live, there are many rainy days, but we have to wait for a strong thunderstorm to play, besides, it has to be a day when our family wants to play," Emmett seemed to have understood what Paul was thinking and explained.

"But don't worry, besides baseball, there are many fun things we can do, there are games that we can play just the two of us, and in other games, we can bring Jasper and Edward."

Jasper heard this and became worried. He was happy that Paul would join the family because then Emmett would bother him less. After all, Emmett was happy because Paul was actually the first younger brother to join the Cullens.

Jasper joined the family after Emmett, but Jasper was an older vampire than Edward and Edythe, so he wasn't really a younger brother to Emmett. Nevertheless, in recent decades, Emmett had always stayed close to him.

Alice was also an older vampire than Emmett and was a woman, so Jasper hadn't been able to get his freedom when Alice joined the family. Now Paul would join the family, and he was a younger vampire and also new to the family, a perfect target for Emmett.

"You said that where we're going to live it rains for most of the days of the year, but what's the name of this city?" Paul asked the thing he was most curious about.

"It's a city in the state of Washington called Forks, a city that rains for most of the year, near a forest, and with less than 4,000 humans living there, a perfect city for vampires to live," said Emmett.

Paul could finally confirm that they would indeed live in Forks. It seemed that his arrival in this world had not changed the history he knew much. Maybe in Forks, they would really meet Bella, and she would end up with Edward, and in the future, Renesmee would be born.

"Tell me more about this city where we're going to live, what's the city of Forks like?" Paul asked.

"It's not a very interesting city, it's a small city with few people living there, but it's very good for our family to live there. We've lived in that city in the past, over 60 years ago," said Emmett.
