Chapter 173: Class Begins

Mirko looked at me with tears swelling up in her eyes while rubbing her ass. The sirens were heard and Mirko knew she couldn't stay and be seen by the crowd because of her swollen butt, so she booked it out of here. I waited for the police and an ambulance to take Ryukyu away. I was quickly under suspicion but when I showed my documentation they let me go. I went back to U.A. academy faster than when I first arrived. I looked for Principal Nezu…

Sage: Principal. Where can I sleep and cook for myself?

Nezu: I told you already that we cannot pay for your food.

Sage: Hahaha, I know, I have my own. I just want to know if I can get my own apartment or something?

Nezu: Oh I see. There is a small place you can stay but it isn't much. Tomorrow there will be new students coming in and I want you to assist Aizawa with class 1-A.

Sage: That was the deal. Fine. What time?

Nezu: It's like you've never been to school before.

Sage: Unless it involved killing, assassination, espionage and sabotage then I did go to school. If you're talking about this "safe space" type environment, then no.

Nezu was a little taken a back.

Nezu: A-a-at 7:30 in the morning.

I nodded and left to the place where Nezu designated for me to stay. It was almost like a shack or a grounds keeper home in the forest area of the school. I didn't care what it was as long as I wasn't disturbed. I opened a pocket dimension only a size where my tail can fit through and grabbed a bunch of Senzu Beans. I ate one but it only filled me up a third of the way so I took three more for good measure. Energy and power was swelling up inside me. I circulated my energy all throughout my body for a full check up, everything was in order.

Although my energy and power was back I still needed to fill up with my Shokubutsu. There was no way I can just use Senzu Beans to fill up so I needed food from Toriko's universe. There was no way that these simple appliances could handle their food so I used some that I bought over there. All throughout the rest of the day up to the next morning, I was cooking and eating. All the ingredients that I captured and saved up were now gone. Before my revenge, I will need to stock up. I planned to stay a few days because I wasn't ungrateful. I showered quickly and made my way to the class. I met up with Aizawa in the hallway before we went in the classroom. Like before he was wrapped up in his sleeping bag.

Aizawa: (Lazy tone) Theres a chair next to the teachers' desk, just sit there and I will introduce you later.

Sage: Sure.

All the kids were in the classroom like in the original. The moment Aizawa opened the door the kids quieted down. I erased my presence and slipped past Aizawa to sit in the chair he specified. No one noticed me, even Aizawa, so he continued with introductions and usual speech.

Aizawa: I wanted to introduce my teaching assistant but apparently he got cold feet.

Sage: If you bothered to strain your eyes this way then maybe you would've noticed me waiting.

Aizawa and the students' mouths were agape as they just noticed I was in front of the classroom.

Sage: Good morning, kids. My name is Sarunokami Sage. Just call me Sage-sensei. I will be here on and off so try not to be too dependant on me. While I am here, I will try to help as much as I can but don't expect too much.

Denki Kaminari: It sounds like you don't really want to teach us.

Sage: You're right. In a way I don't, because my teaching methods can break you mentally and physically, so I tend not to care too much and if I do care that means I can help bring out more power from you.

Momo Yaoyorozu: Not very reassuring. I didn't know U.A. hired teachers that do not care to teach.

Sage: You want to be taught? Even though it might even change the mindset of becoming a hero?

The kids looked confused as they stared at eachother. Some were a little nervous but paid attention anyway.

Bakugou Katsuki: Just teach already. It's not like I will falter anyway.

Sage: (With a grin) Fine, if you insist. From where I am from I am going to quote some famous lines. "With great power, comes great responsibility."- Uncle Ben Parker, Spiderman.

Momo Yaoyorozu: A very thought worthy quote but not enough to change minds.

Sage: The next one is "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or the one." – Startrek.

This time the students fell silent and the one who didn't understand spoke first.

Minoru Mineta: (Nervously) Ha! Even that wouldn't break my will to be a hero. Right guys?

Momo: You are talking about sacrifice.

Sage: Someone gets it. Correct. I am not saying that it will happen within your hero career but the possibility is quite high. Let me give you a scenario: You take down a villain, the villain is captured and taken to jail or wherever they go here. Let's say the villain was set free due to insufficient evidence or something small like that. The villain repeats his actions and wouldn't you know it, you take the villain down again. This time the villain does some time but not enough to keep for a long time. Once again the villain is loose but this time he received advice from the other villains from lockup so he is going to do worse things. Again the villain is caught, not exactly by you but he is caught none the less. The villain is given hard time but during transit lets say he escapes. The villain is getting frustrated of being caught and is out for blood. He starts killing people, heroes come and he actually manages to kill a few. You subdue the villain. Knowing full well that he will not reform and will continue to kill if set free, you are now holding this persons life in your hands, the question is: Do you end him or do let him be jailed?

Momo: Of course, let him be jailed.

Bakugou: You end him.

Sage: Raise your hand if you choose to let him be jailed.

A little more than half raise their hands.

Sage: Those opposed. So most of you choose to let him be jailed. So you would rather be selfish and let him be jailed.

Tenya Ida: How is it selfish to obey the rules?

Majority of the students: Yeah!

Sage: Then let me break it down for you. You know this person will not give two shits about your life or anyone elses. If set free or escapes, this person will continue to kill. What is one life compared to the tens, hundreds or maybe thousands of lives, depending on this persons strength, you could've saved if you had just killed him and be done with it? I say it's selfish because you are being self-righteous, you chose to jail him because it's the right thing to do for you not the people you choose to protect. If the villain escapes or is set free you will be left blameless. You are literally not trying to take on the responsibility that comes with your power in your chosen profession. By getting rid of the villain you shoulder the responsibility.

I am sorry for the super late posts. I came out of rehab from back surgery.
