Walking with the dragon
What's your name? I ask the dragon, as we walked. My name is Nova answered the dragon. Nova then asked back another question Why are you helping me?
Why did you ask me to help you? I ask Nova back. Nova then responds I kinda asked on a whim seeing that you were talking to me and not trying to immediately capture, or kill me. I also realized that if you wanted to you could have fought me while I believed I had you in an illusion.
So you just decided to have me travel with you? I asked Nova. Well I didn't really have anything else I could do, I was kinda trapped in that spot since there are creatures out here stronger than me. Nova replies. What creatures? I ask back. The giant Sandworms that usually roam the desert, we should've encountered one, but I haven't seem one yet.
As we kept walking we eventually saw a city, one that looked like it came from medieval times. There was even a giant castle that was huge in the middle of city, it looked like it was coming out of the city itself. As we estarted to enter the town 2 guards stopped us. What are you doing with a daikon? The guards asked me. What's a daikon? I answer their question with one of my own. That black creature next to you. Do you really think we'd let you into town with a daikon. The guards replied. Wait shouted a voice from the inside the gate. Out came a beautiful blonde hair, blue eyed lady. If you forgot the fact that she was wearing a full suit of armor, along with a sword dragging beside her. Yes the sword was hanging from her waist and was dragging on the ground.It was over several meters long and had a simple yet strong aura around it. "Let them in" the lady knight said her voice full of a commanding tone. The guards swiftly obeyed her command and they opened the gates. Hello good sir my name is Angelica, the lady knight introduced her self. Thanks I replied, but I was a little confused so I asker her. Why did you let us in? Angelica simply smiled and said We survived as a city, because we know who we shouldn't make enemies out of. As I understood it they could tell that I had a gift from God, and they could tell it wasn't a simple one either. Let me guide you and your daikon through the city mister.... As she trailed off looking for my name. David Walker I respond introducing myself. If it wasn't for all the craziness that just recently happened to me, I might've fallen for Angelica for her beauty alone. Why is there a castle here ?I ask Angelica. It's the home of the Archmage that protects us. He uses his magic to cast a giant barrier and us able to see the future to protect us from threats if not for him out city would have fallen by now. Angelica answers beaming in joy at being able to explain the Archmage. Are you sure you should be telling me an outsider this I ask her. However Nova interrupts us. Of course she can she's the Archmages sister, the hero of the mfmfm. Angelica quickly covered Novas mouth, it seemed Nova somehow knew some secrets of this city. How do you know? Angelica asks in a dark tone like she's interrogating someone. Nova quickly gets her hand of his mouth. Careful I bite, and for your information my wish allows me to partially read someone's mind. Nova explains. Angelica begins to look between me and Nova. She then looks at me and tells me. "I'm sorry but we'll have to leave your daikon in the city jail for a moment before this tour we can have him reading everyone's mind here." Hey I'm not his daikon or his pet, I can think for myself and make my own decisions. He shouts. No I tell Angelica, he stays with me just like you don't trust Nova, I don't trust you, so I'll keep him with me. Angelica simply draws her sword. Are you sure about this? she asks. Yes I answer. Before either of us make a move we both hear an explosion of in the distance.
