More Magic!

Conferring with both Shuna and Milim I quickly came to the conclusion that I definitely needed more physical skills and magic. I already knew that I needed these things but the idea was even more reinforced.

Milim had stated that, as I was now, she could probably one shot me, I believed her. Even with Wish it would be near on impossible to outright kill her. This left me in dire need to have more spells, and even merge certain spells into a superior type of spell. Much like Bombarda, i wanted to make uniquely directed spells. 

Beginning with this line of thought I walked a small distance away, the two women I had just spoken to going back into training mode. Milim was satisfied for now but I could tell she knew that enhanced senses weren't the thing I was talking about. Shaking my head I refocused on the matter at hand. First I wanted to gain more magic, with this goal in mind I decided to gain most of the spells from DND first. My perception expanded into my Dantian and Magicules of a pure bright white started to flitter out.

"Sunburst!" In a blinding flash of bright orange-gold light a column of sunlight pierced down from the sky and submerged a quarter of the training field. The sound of pops and crackling soon arise from the area as wooden dummies and logs burst into radiant fire. Surreal amounts of flame sparked and rose within the area, reigniting even hotter every six seconds as what seemed to be hundreds of Sacred Flame-like cantrips went off at the same time.

I was indifferent to the scene in front of me as I cut off the Magicule supply to the spell, the column of light slowly evaporating away into the normal shades and hues of the environment, the Radiant flames snuffed out at once when the light disappeared. With my new senses I could tell Milim and Shuna were intrigued by the new spell, the sound of their weapons not resounding any longer.

"Sunbeam!" I called out another sun-related spell, my hand generating a bright white and gold energy that spilled out in the direction my palms were facing, which was forwards. The beam itself looked like a solar flare, the stray particles of light flashing in radiant flame as the beam burnt through several trees like a hot knife in butter. The awesome element of this spell was the fact that it was a spell that didn't end, you could continue to feed MP to it and the spell would continue... You could literally Kame-Kame-ha someone... Admittedly it wasn't at the same level as the original DBZ power but it was still busted.

|Solar Blight: Allows the creation of beams and cylindrical areas of pure radiant sunlight, uses the 'Light' Magicules of the sun to power the spell and has increased damage to Undead and Unholy Lifeforms/entities.|

'Whoa... Nice! Maybe I should also get some Druid Spells?' I began to search my mind for Druid spells as the combat between Milim and Shuna started once more, their attention now going back to their own growth.

'Call lightning, Lightning Lure, Light Wall, Wind Walk, Wind Wall, Investiture of Wind, Warding Wind, Faerie Fire, Wall of Fire, Fire Storm, Fire Shield, Fire Bolt, Delayed Blast Fireball... I'll do these first...'

"Call Lightning!" A thunderous bolt of lightning arched down from the sky, flashing at the speed of light and splitting several pieces of timber in half. I continued and called another one down soon after. Numerous shards of stone burst out behind me as a boulder directly split.

"Lightning Lure!" A whips of lightning formed within my right hand, crackling and burning the atmosphere into ozone. The smell of ozone almost made my mind fuzzy but this was quickly changed as the spell sizzled out twelve seconds after I had formed it. It seemed that it had a time limit and I would need to make my attack quickly.

"Awesome! Let's get this shit started!" I yelled out loud in triumph as I began to continuously blast spells off.

"Light Wall!" A wall of radiant fire and light was summoned in front of me, creating a barrier of magical might.

"Wind Walk!" Wind swept around my feet and I could feel myself step up into the air, perfectly stable, as If i was simply able to walk in the sky now...

"Wind Wall!" Dropping the Light Wall i replaced it with a wind wall, a constant swirling form of pressurised air slapping the designated area in front of me.

"Investiture of Wind!" The Wind Walk stopped instantly, making me fall slightly. Only, half way down and regretting the decision I soon started to barrel through the sky and darted up and down, eventually stabilising myself in the air a few meters away from where I started.

'Few, I almost faceplanted there...' I wiped my forehead and continued to cast spells, my MP slowly starting to drain away. To counteract the drain slightly I began to breathe some of the Magicules in through my pores.

"Warding Wind!" A haze of wind soon surrounded me, the rough speed of the wind reaching into the high 20's in KM/h. It would be very useful to resist arrows and make it hard for enemies to get closer to me.

'Hold on... So i need five spells merged to make a Elementalis Spell?'

"Tornado!" I pointed at the desolate and destroyed area of the training field, an extreme velocity of wind pilfering the area of its discarded scraps and throwing them hundreds of feet. The trees began to be swept up into the spell until I cut off the magicules to it... Unfortunately the spell just collected the wind and gave it direction, now that I had cut off control it was now an actual Tornado.

"Shit, fuck, ass!" I tensed my right hand and created a counteracting force of wind in the tornado, the structure and force of the Tornado now slowly dying out. Thanks to my quick thinking no trees were harmed by the Tornado and no natural disaster was actually caused. The bad part of that whole scenario was the fact that I had to drain another thousand MP just to stop the Tornado... 'I guess this is what I get for just creating a spell based off of a natural phenomena. Next time I should add context and rules to my usage of it...'

'I fucking achieved it though, woohoo!' That was the exact moment I received a chop to the head from Shuna, who was mad that I was recklessly using magic without considering consequences.

"You, noticed, huh?"

"I did Silvi... No more of that okay!?"

Milim was grinning from ear to ear behind Shuna, her mischievous nature coming to full fruition at this moment as she nodded seriously. 

"Indeed, what you did was dangerous! You could have taken the whole City out!" Shuna's face paled as Milim spoke, her mood made even worse by the little Chaos Gremlin that Milim was at this time.

'You bitch! You lie!' My eyes widened and I glared at the now whistling Milim but it was too late to recover it from Shuna.

"You will stop learning magic today! It's too dangerous!" I frowned and felt minutely insulted. I loved her and cared for her deeply but she was treating me like a child at this moment. I couldn't help but chuff at her words.

"I won't stop... I'm going to continue." I went back to what I was doing, feeling pissy that Milim had dropped me in the shit with Shuna like that and that Shuna didn't see it for what it was. 'It was inevitable to have our first fight... I just thought it'd be over something more reasonable and based off of some personal disagreement and not the tricky words of Milim.'

Still, Shuna was the woman I loved so I did pay attention to her reaction. It wasn't pretty, she looked simultaneously pissed at her words being ignored whilst also wounded that I hadn't even tried to negotiate. I admit, what i did was bad... But it was kind of too late now. 

At the same time I focussed my senses on Milim, seeing her face panicky and worried. She probably didn't intend to cause this kind of reaction and now that she has she was confused as to what to do. Internally I shook my head, she had caused this mess and I would most likely have to apologise to Shuna over the next few days just to sort it out.

'Fuck!'

I slapped my hand at the edge of the forest and felt Cyclone's Embrace react instinctively. Wind poured out from my hand, clouds and various other atmospheric phenomena spewing out, rain and lightning included, until the entire line of trees that made the edge of the forest was cut down and shattered. Splinters of wood and plant life were spread for hundreds of feet before gradually settling on the once grassy floor of the forest.

I gritted my teeth and walked away, I was over everything that had just happened and needed to get drunk. 'To Iralia's I go then... I'll probably sleep on the floor tonight...'

Shuna looked at the destruction I caused and winced as Milim froze. She was frozen because she had caused this level of damage on people she cared about just because she wanted some fun... Nothing was coming to her mind to fix it.

Both of the women watched Silviana walk off, pissed, sad and angry all at once. Shuna knew now that Silviana hadn't actually done anything dangerous and that she could have easily done larger magic. Her eyes panned to Milim, the child-like woman sweating heavily.

"Do you want to explain something to me Milim? Didn't you say it was dangerous?"

"I-i-i can explain!"
