A mysterious dream ? [Rewrited]

I finally woke up after I don't know how long. But I was not in the same room as Rias and the others.

It was a white room, a cold place to which I had no sense of belonging.

'Is this a dream?' I thought as I looked around.

There were no doors, almost like a madhouse. The walls were white, and I couldn't see anything but a thick glass that carried my reflection.

My eyes turned cold. Was it all a dream? I was back where I started? The demons didn't exist? Didn't I fall off the boat?

Many thoughts crossed my mind when suddenly footsteps sounded behind me.

Turning around, I could see the appearance of a teenager about my age. He had short red hair and red eyes while his pupils were slits.

The outfit he was wearing gave me the impression of a bigger delinquent than Ken Sudou.

He approached me slowly with a slight smirk on his face. As if I was the lamb and he was the wolf.

"Ken Sudou? Who is he ?"

Hearing this, I took a few steps back. How did he know what I was thinking?

"Because we are in your dream."

"My dream?"

"Yes. Your dream. Are you silly, or are you doing it on purpose?"

His eyes grew fierce as I regained my stability on the floor.

"So, since we're in my dreams, how come you're in them?"

But instead of answering me, he shook his head.

"You humans make me laugh. Just like that little girl."

The sarcasm was there. But when he said little girl, was he talking about Koneko?

Suddenly the white room began to shake as I could see cracks appearing on the walls.

The teenager turned his head towards the wall as he sighed.

"A war will surely break out very soon. You are an interesting person."

As I listened to him, He turned his red eyes back to me as a mysterious smile appeared on his face.

"We don't have much time left. So take this as a gift for the trouble."

As the whole room began to shake more and more, a red glow escaped his body and entered fiercely in my eyes.

As I closed my eyes in pain, I could feel thuds near me, and the shaking became more and more intense.

"I hope you don't disappoint me."

I heard the guy's voice one last time, and after a few minutes, my eyes stopped itching.

The shaking stopped as well, and the whole space became silent.

"Kiyotaka-kun!"

I could hear a familiar voice calling my name.

Then, when my eyes didn't hurt anymore, I opened my eyelids as dim light, and some faces appeared in my field of vision.

It was Rias and Akeno looking at me with serious faces and stressful eyes.

I stood up quietly and tried to calm my breathing before turning my eyes around the room, but the guy in the delinquent's clothes had disappeared, as well as the white room.

"So I've become a demon?"

I turned to Rias with a sigh. The truth was, I'd like to know who this guy was. Why could he enter my dreams? And more importantly, why had he said the last words?

I had only just arrived, and problems were already coming my way.

"Yes, but you had a strange reaction."

"How so?"

"While the bishop was entering your body, an extremely bright red light had enveloped the entire room."

I frowned slightly. A red light?

"And then?"

"The light had disappeared, and I could feel that the chess piece went well into you."

Then I saw her looking at me with suspicious eyes.

"Did you practice magic before?"

"Yes, I was doing some card tricks. Does that count?"

I heard Issei laughing behind the couch as Rias gave me a small smile.

"Okay, you probably need some rest. Stay here tonight so Akeno can keep an eye on you."

When Rias finished her sentence, I could already hear Akeno's little laugh.

"~ Yes, I will take care of you. fufufufu~"

She came dangerously close to me as I nodded my head.

I was amazed. I could feel a strange force running through my whole body and giving me warmth at the same time.

"Very well, Kiyotaka-kun, welcome to my peerage!"

Rias gave me a big smile as I nodded towards her.

"I will do my best, Rias-senpai."

"Tomorrow, I'll explain everything you need to know."

Her smile became much more beautiful, and finally, everyone left the room except us.

She was looking at me with strange eyes.

Like she was going to eat me?

I didn't pay attention as I coughed, then looked straight into his purple eyes.

There was nothing to complain about her. She was a beautiful girl.

"Akeno-senpai, could you tell me what being a demon consists of?"

"Ara ara~ only if you give me a kiss on the cheek~,"

Is she teasing me?

But I didn't think much of it and approached her to do what she had asked.

Once I was close to her cheek, she quickly turned her head, and my lips connected with hers.

I could feel my heart beating faster and wanted to pull her away, but she quickly blocked me with her arms.

Shit! She had overwhelming strength. Were we both demons, or was it just her?

But before I knew it, my eyes burned again, and I felt Akeno's grip loosen.

Taking this opportunity for granted, I quickly got out of her embrace.

Then looking up, I saw Akeno sleeping on the couch, right in front of me.

"Did she fall asleep while kissing me?"

I saw her give a small embarrassing smile as I quickly touched my eyes and thought about something.

Then I walked over to the bathroom mirror where Rias had come from before as I looked shocked.

My eyes hadn't changed except for my pupils which, were slits just like the guy's while a slight tint of red was running through them.

I sighed. He surely had done something to my eyes.

As I walked back into the room, I was surprised again.

Akeno was still lying on the couch like a baby. But this time, two wings were sticking out of her back.

The first wing looked like that of a bat. The other looked the same as the fallen angel I had seen.

She's half-demon and half-angel?' I asked myself, weren't fallen-angels and demons enemies? But I shook my head quickly.

For now, I needed to learn more about the world of demons and the supernatural. I had too little knowledge about it, and it could play tricks on me later.

I knew that Souna was friends with Rias and that both of them must have their peerages. So probably Souna is a demon too.

Besides, with her intellectual appearance, I guess she must read a lot of books. Right?

I grabbed my jacket before turning off all the lights and heading for the door.

As I walked out, the cold evening air filled my nostrils. I looked up at the starry sky as a small smile appeared on my face.
