[Yuito's POV]

{Well, that was dramatic.}

I was hurting all over but I couldn't help but scoff.

'I know, right?'

But that was what I needed to get to the next level.

Awakening.

It was a concept in the Lookism verse that states that there will be a time when a fighter comes to face with a wall.

A wall that they could never overcome with their current capabilities. This was where the true fighters surpassed their limits to awaken their latent abilities.

They went beyond to climb over the wall.

They awaken Animal Instincts, Invisible Attacks, Ultra Instincts etc. Anything that could help them win the fight that was so important to them that they were willing to do everything.

I never experienced that. Even though I was so strong, my pure talent and cheats had brought me this far.

Now this was my real test.

My awakening.

'I think awakening was overhyped' I thought to myslef as I felt something click in my mind.

'I am not the strongest.' that was the enlightenment I got.

All of my life, I thought I was special and possessed a cheat unlike everyone else. Even before the appearance of the system or the Author, I always consider myself above others.

How can I not? I had the memories of another life and they were fiction which I read in my past life.

In my mind, I was always more real or special than everyone else. Of course, this was a simple twisted logic I had in my mind that remained unseen throughout my life.

Even I just realised that now when I was near death.

Humble.

I just got humbled.

I am not strong, therefore I need to find another way to fight. Another way to win.

You can't beat force with force.

"I see..." I said to myself as I continued falling to the ground.

"I think I get it now." I smiled.

I twist my body in while falling and facing the ground. A maniac smile spread on my face as I saw the incoming land.

Was it really this simple?

I turned into my incubus form as horns grew out of my head. My purple wings which had grown much due to having so much sex erupted out of my back.

A tail came out of the end of my spine.

"So it was THAT simple!!" I screamed with a crazed smile as the ground quickly got closer to me.

When I was about to fall to my death, I repositioned myself and flapped my wings as hard as I could.

*Boom!*

A huge shockwave erupted, it was strong enough to peel off the top layer of the road. The ground caved in as cracks formed like webs.

That was only the first part though as I flapped my wings again, this time with even greater force. I was suddenly propelled upwards, and the speed of my wing broke the sound barrier, the second shockwave destroyed every glass in the vicinity.

I stitched together my broken body as I flew up the building again, covering the height I fell down.

I moved twice at twice the speed I fell down as my body rebelled against the natural order of this world.

I rose when I was meant to fall.

"Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!" my laughter echoed into the night as I flew to the top floor of Hotel Vivi.

I slipped inside the same window where I fell from. My wings broke the window even more as my glowing eyes instantly locked onto dull black.

"Hello Mr. Strongest," I said as I fell towards him like a meat missile.

I would've liked to say that his emotionless face finally adopted a shocked expression, but I wouldn't know.

Because my foot found his face and covered it.

*BOOOM!!!!*

It was more than just controlling the kinetic energy inside my body. it was more than just controlling the force behind my attacks.

Force became water.

My foot left a trail of hypnotic blue light as it found a landing spot on my enemy. I had gathered a disastrous amount of force while I flew up and all that force crashed on his face.

Like a waterfall.

The sound of something splitting filled the air. I did not know what just broke but it sounded painful.

{It's your foot.}

Fuck.

Anyways, my kick sent him flying away like in that Kong movie where the giant lizard sent the grenade man flying away with his tail.

Sound returned and thoughts became coherent in my head again as I landed on the ground. Big UI Daniel continued flying away as his body crashed through multiple walls, kicking up a dust cloud.

"God damn. I am strong as shit." I said with a laugh as I watched the destruction caused by the wake of a single attack.

Humility.

That was what you needed to learn Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist. You cannot acquire the nature of water while thinking of yourself to be the sky, above everyone else.

Bang also created this martial art only after he was humbled by Bomb and threw away his previous egoist and arrogant nature. So it made complete sense why that was the case.

So when I was finally beaten so thoroughly in my life, when I felt like I had no chance of ever winning against my opponent, I awakened this martial art.

"Now I am truly unstoppable!!" I said and raised my hand, my smile turning a tad bit goofy.

Yes, I never learn. Sue me.

I just had to be humble to learn the martial arts, there was no need for me to stay humble. Especially when I just got my hands on one of the most overpowered martial arts in existence.

*Ting!!*

My system allowed no takebacks, so even if I became the most arrogant asshole ever again, I will not just unlearn this martial art.

But my moment was cut short as Daniel's second body slowly came towards me again. Amidst the dust, he slowly walked towards me with a broken nose and a bleeding head.

"Hah!" I scoffed, "Thats what you get for thinking you could kill the main character!!"

The machine of violence was not amused as he shot towards me in a burst of speed.

"Now I am back.." I said and stood low. My hand left a trail of hazy blue light as I moved them around gently, "...and stronger than ever."

My feet did not make a sound as I shot towards him. It was a show of my absolute control over the force I generated.
