Gun vs Yuito

[Yuito's POV]

"Crystal, are you alright?" The man who said that grabbed the girl and pulled her off me.

I remained on the ground, clutching my face with both of my hands. I did not know what I felt at the moment but I felt something.

Something that was enough to shake me to my core.

I slowly got up from the ground and I could hear faintly how the man was checking Crystal. He asked if she got injured, what happened, and if I touched her.

As I was standing up, I could finally see a man with a sharp black suit and hair that was combed back neatly. He was around 6'2 feet tall and he was wearing very dark sunglasses.

There was no mistaking it.

'Gun Park.'

One of the strongest characters in the PTJ universe. He was one of the 10 geniuses raised by Charles Choi and a student of Tom Lee.

If I had to explain him to someone who never read Lookism then I would say he was akin to Madara from Naruto.

A walking powerhouse and baddassery.

"Are you sure you are fine?" Gun asked Crystal again. I could not get a clear view as his back was facing me while Crystal was looking at me.

"Um-Yes," Crystal said, her voice was nervous.

"Hmmm.." Gun hummed and gestured for her to get in the car where the driver opened the door. She left and the moment she did, he moved.

*SWOOSH!!*

It was easily the fastest attack I had ever seen. He virtually disappeared from his place as came two steps forward and launched a sidekick at me.

The distance was just right so that his knees could flex and the kick could have the most power. There was no drag in his moment as his body flowed like it was one with air.

I crossed my forearms and he hit me with the weight of a mountain.

*POWW!!*

I could do nothing but stare in amazement as my feet left the ground and my body was carried by the momentum of the kick.

But I was ready and was not holding anything back this time so my feet skidded on the ground until I came to a complete stop.

"Oh, you block that?" Gun asked while he was still in the kicking position.

My body started feeling hot and I finally realized what the strong feeling I felt since the beginning was.

The feeling that made my blood rush throughout my body as if it were preparing for war.

The feeling that made my muscles tense just being still. The feeling that made my heart beat so fast my body started heating up.

The feeling that made my eyes involuntarily look for the fastest way to escape this place. The feeling that put a lump on my throat, urging me to scream for help or beg for mercy.

It was fear. 

But it was a different kind of fear. It was not the same kind of fear that I felt when I thought my loved ones were in danger, not the same kind of fear I got before the exam.

No.

It was a fear for another human. It was fear for the man that stood before me, made of flesh and blood just as I, yet was undeniably superior.

I could feel it in my bones and in the oldest instincts of my body.

He was stronger and I, weaker.

It was such an odd feeling and I hadn't felt it in a long time that it felt almost foreign. Like it was the first time I had felt such a thing.

"I was going to let you go after a couple of hits and an apology after you basically molested the lady...." Gun said as he slowly walked towards me.

"But what's with that smile you psycho fuck." 

'Oh, was I smiling? I didn't even realise it.' I got into somewhat of a stance while I watched him walk closer to me.

It felt like a demon was walking towards me. My brain rejected the very idea that he was a human.

"I think you need to be taught some manners." He took off his glasses and I saw his eyes. 

He had a black sclera and white iris. It was the opposite of what it was supposed to be. 

It was the eyes of UI, Ultra instinct.

Ultra instinct was a mode that few fighters could achieve after being unconscious but Gun was so OP that he could continuously use it.

When he entered my reach - it was the exact distance, not a centimeter closer or further - I whipped my leg out and aimed straight for his head.

For the first time, I used full strength. I did not hold back, instead, I put everything I had into the kick.

There was no trick, it was the rawest and most violent roundhouse kick I had ever executed.

*BOOOM!!!*

My kick landed and it sounded like a canon hitting a castle wall.

But just as I expected, Gun was able to block it, he needed his two hands though. His eyes had a surprised look as his arms trembled slightly when I put pressure on my suspended kick.

"I thought you were just some street punk but you're actually not bad."  He finished that sentence with the most demonic smile I had ever seen.

Smiling like that when he realized his opponent was strong, 'What a fucking psycho.'

He caught my leg and pulled me towards him and with incredible speed, he punched me right at the side of my body. I only had enough time to protect my liver.

*BAM!!*

It felt like a sword just pierced through me. I spat out blood and my body arched sideways to reduce the power of the punch.

Adrenaline pumped through my system and without even bothered by the pain, I grabbed his head and kneed him as hard as I could. Not a single ounce of strength was spared as I put everything into my attacks.

Then I grabbed his arm and spun around violently. I pulled as hard as I could and pivoted my foot. I expected the perfect Judo throw as I flung him like a sack and slammed him on the ground.

But he landed on his feet and with a devilish smile on his face, he got into position and also did a Judo throw.

Now I was the one flung through the air, I never knew a person could handle my weight so easily.

I felt like a pillow with how easily he flung me above his shoulder.

My back hit the ground, knocking the air out of my lungs.

*CRASHH!!*

I could not breathe anymore. My own lungs were fighting against me, it hurts so much tears welled in my eyes.

He bent his leg and tried to smash my face with his knee but I was fast enough to get up before he hit me. His knee landed on the ground and it cracked under the power of his knee.

If that were to hit me, my skull would've exploded.

I stood up but my body refused to move as I wanted. I still could not breathe and everything hurt.

*Inhale*

*exhale*

With sun breathing, I was able to breathe as I took in huge puffs of breath. I felt my body being healed and I felt myself getting stronger as an abundant amount of oxygen flowed in my veins.

"HAHAHAHA, How interesting!!" Gun screamed with a smile I could only describe as crazy.

He turned back to the car that was waiting for him, "Leave without me, I found an interesting thing here."

The driver nodded before he entered the car and left with the girl named Crystal. 

Gun turned back to me again and his eyes shone in maniac glee, "Should we take this somewhere private?"

He did not even wait for an answer and walked away towards the alley in the corner, which was unseen by most. 

He took off his blazer and unbuttoned the top of his shirt while walking.

Is he crazy? "Why would I follow you? It is dangerous."

He turned back, "You want to see it right? You have 'the' smile." 

My hand immediately went to my face and felt the smile on my face. He turned back and continued walking.

"Come, I will show you."

I did not know where logic or the 18 stat in my intelligence went but I followed him.

I wanted to fight.

"I'll show you power."
