CHAPTER 6: WHAT'S THE MATTER WITH ME?

ZANE

I woke up late and ... alone. The little girl...

Well, don't get me wrong. I know I slept with a woman but for me she was a little girl shorter than me.

Anyway, waking up alone was not I expected. Most of the women stayed longer unless I throw them out. Looking at the clock obviously it was late morning. I overslept, either I was worn out last night's extreme exercises or just tired from my travelling.

Walking towards the bathroom for shower. Checking out later maybe heading towards my mansion if there will be nowhere to spend. Water from the shower head makes me relax a bit with the warm drops water into my skin. I was not in a rush so I spend a little bit for a while.

I was about to put some body wash into my skin with I noticed teeth bites in my chest area. Smirking, what a naughty little girl left something to my body. That was hot.

My phone was ringing as I got out from the shower. Wrap around the towel, wet hair I look for my phone. It was in my pants I wore last night. It was still ringing as I pick it up. Dawson was on the other line.

"Hey!" I said as I answered.

"Hey, got time for lunch before heading home." Dawson said.

"Sure, meet me after 30 minutes. I'll text Brix to pick me up." I replied.

"Okay, meet you at Bryan's." He spoke.

"Got it." I said as we cut off the line.

I was about to turn around when my eyes landed on the bed. There was some stain on the sheet. Walking closer just be sure what I am thinking.

For a moment that was really sure what it was. Blood... It was her first time. That little girl was something else.

'Why I have not notice it last? Or was I even focus on that? Maybe we both eager to be inside. I hope I was not that rough. I could not even remember. Due to alcohol that I drank or ... No, I was not drunk that much. I was so fascinated by her.'

Shaking my head, to erase those thoughts because she seems so experience that never think that it was her first time.

I was already dress, grabbing my small trolley to exit my room. I already texted Brix and he was downstairs waiting for me.

My mind was brought me back to reality when Brix called my attention.

"What?" I asked.

"Buds, what are you thinking? I have been talking to you for quite a while and seems you did not even listen one single word that came out from my mouth." He said raising his brow. "Are you thinking about that woman last night? That's quite new record." Brix was smirking. "We already here in Bryan's."

"Oh, shut up." I looked outside the window. We are definitely in the parking area in Bryan's.

'What's the matter with me?'

Opening the door, I got out, walking towards the entrance. Entering the Bryan's, saw Dawson already sitting at our usually place.

"Wow, you look you." He teased and I shook my head.

"Well, you look not you. So, where were you last night anyway?" I asked.

"Well, I was still in school finishing something up then when I got there you were gone with some chick." Dawson grinned. "It never takes longer time to disappear, right? They said you got your eyes too stick on her that you even not bother to dismiss people aside." He added.

"Hmm..."

Dawson laughed aloud just in time Brix came in and join. The server came to take their orders and gave him a hot coffee he asked for. They already knew who they were. It was their hang out place to relax and feels like they were still in college. The owner, Bryan already knew all of us.

"So, what's your status with the woman you were telling me before?" I asked, sipping my coffee.

"We had always end up in some sort of in secret way." I got confuse with his answer. I kind of I do not get it thing in mind with his sentence. "Why is that mean?"

"It's forbidden thing. I know I should not have but..." He paused, looking at Brix and me.

Both Brix and I were looking each other. Things about Dawson we haven't know. He also never keeps it from us. "I know you two were wondering what I was talking about. Yes, I was struggle for a while but I did manage to get it through it. No matter what."

"Okay, stop." Raising my palm in front of him because as he continued saying makes me more confuse. "Just tell us what do you mean by that."

Dawson sighing before opening his mouth. "Okay, okay since we barely see each other these past months. I will tell what I have been through." He said, raising his hands in the air.

We stopped, letting the server put down all our orders then left. We decided to eat first before anything else. Food comes first so that we could function our brains thoroughly. I'm starving to be exact.

After eating, we stayed to discuss personal matters. It has been a while since the three of us gather together. The three of us were the longest years of friendship than the other two.

Dawson and I were friends since childhood days. While Brix, I already mentioned before during high school.

"So, why don't you enlighten us a little bit so we know what you were up to this moment." I said as the opening of the conversation.

Our table was already clean up and leave with our cup of coffee.

"It was love at first sight the moment I saw her. Ridiculous but true." Dawson gave us a small smile then drink his coffee a little. "We met at the coffee, we connected in every way. Got her number, we texted." He smiled, looking back on how they met. I could tell he really likes that woman. "I thought she was same as me. But found out after few days that shocked both of us."

"She is married, right?" Brix said.
