Ranking System

The fighting settled down and everyone had almost formed a team. Michael noticed that the total number of students had dropped to 60, there were only 60 students left and the majority of them had already formed teams.

Michael loved this because he knew by the end of this, he would become way stronger than he currently was but he needed to understand this hunger in him.

He needed to learn how to control it because once he did learn how to control it, Michael knew he would become a force of nature to be reckoned with.

Michael noticed something strange on the board, the girl that Dean had supposedly killed wasn't marked as dead.

"It took you long enough to figure it out," A voice said, an arm wrapping around Michael.

"Megan, you really shouldn't be going around touching people without permission.." Michael cautioned her as she had just invaded his personal space and he didn't like that.

"My brother had you all fooled but you passed his test," Megan said, ignoring Michael's warning.

"What do you mean?" Michael questioned and Megan proceeded to explain what they had just experienced was an illusion, every single thing that happened never really happened.

It was all in their head but they had managed to decipher the 'Dean' in the illusion so that was impressive; they did not even realize they were in one but she couldn't blame them because Dean was like Michael, he had awakened before he was eighteen and has been using his powers for as long as he could remember making him one of the most skilled people here.

Michael did not look impressed as they had long left the cafeteria and gathered in a lounge where everyone else was present, the ones not fit for this life had all been killed already so the ones that remained had passed what one could call the weeding out phase.

They were all ushered into a room and the academic aspect of the academia was about to begin, everyone took their seats and the chairs were sixty in number.

Michael took a seat at the back, he knew once he picked a chair he wouldn't be able to change it, so he would rather be at the back to stay out of sight.

He expected Tee and co to follow suit but they chose a seat closer to the blank board in front of them so it would be easier for them not only to see what was being written but also to hear what the teacher had to say.

Michael had never been in a classroom before so he was understandably restless because he was full of anticipation but what was this perfume?

A hypnotic smell that caught Michael's attention overrode his senses and disrupted his train of thought and behold, he saw the most timid-looking girl he had ever seen.

She had on a black dress like a character straight out of a fairy tale, she had freckles on her cheek and red hair. She was chubby and had quite the bust to go with

Michael could not seem to take his eyes off her, Michael was a sucker for people that looked weak because it reminded him of himself in one form or another.

Michael estimated her to be around the same age as him, she had the features that came with being chubby and that was a plump stomach and round cheeks, and luckily, some of this fat reached her buttocks.

She noticed Michael's eyes on her and simply smiled at him, Michael licked his lips because this was the exact reason why he was interested in Elizabeth, it was the perceived naivety.

He wanted to engage in a quick conversation but a bulky man, riddled with scars, made his way into the room.

"Hello cunts, I go by the name Solomon but you shits can call me Master. This isn't some BDSM shit either so you fucktards shouldn't be weird about it!" Solomon made a first impression and it wasn't a good one but the students knew he meant business.

He had no filter and that told them the level of discipline he had.

"I know you're all excited but let me be the first to tell you shit stains! The majority of you will die in the line of duty unknown because it isn't just superheroes that will hunt you, but supervillains! You will probably die virgins too! Hahaha!" Solomon was having a blast because he has been out of a job since forever so having this opportunity was heaven-sent,

Solomon was not about to take it for granted either, he had every intention of milking the hell out of James even though his salary was fixed, he had the potential to earn more through bonuses.

Solomon scribbled something on the board and it was arranged accordingly.

[Energy tank is how much energy an individual has and is oftentimes the determining factor if you would go past B rank but having it isn't enough if you cannot control it because an ability is only as good as the wielder. In this representation, I will use an empty bottle for a better analogy.

D- This is the lowest rank, a level most of you currently are in and only when you have learned the fundamentals of your powers do you have the potential to be ranked higher.

C- After mastering the fundamentals of your powers, this will be your rank for you would have learned how to use your powers far more efficiently.

B- This level is based entirely on your energy tank, a person with a lower energy tank cannot hold or block the powers of one with a higher energy tank but there are ways to bypass this handicap if one has the brains to back it up. I'm certain some of you have encountered individuals whose powers had no effects on {Reference, Michael Vs Fake Slasher} The bottle would be approximately 75% full.

A- This is a rank given to those that have mastered their powers and created multiple unique techniques concerning that power. For the superhumans with large energy reserves, the bottle would be approximately 90% full.

S- This is a rank where superhuman stops being just a superhuman but becomes a pinnacle of strength in the power they wield, a class of his own with a 99% filled bottle in terms of energy reserves, their powers are sure to affect anyone and only those with a 10-20% difference could hope to stand up to them.

SS- Monsters and abominations, even among the superhumans because these are beings that have passed the 100% mark and overflowing, the bottle is not even enough to contain them.

SSS- These are people with their powers can contend with nature itself, and have the potential to destroy countries themselves.

SSS+- Gods amongst men, the top of the top, everyone bows to their strength, and regarding bottle caps? It violently explodes trying to even keep the energy in check and everyone is susceptible to their powers as they had a form of invincibility, it is believed deities were just superhumans that had attained this rank.]

This was everything Solomon scribbled down as he explained the ranking system of the world and it was obvious to the students there that they still had a long way to go as they were still at the bottom of the ladder.
