Ch.10: Teacher's Revolt! Deadly Encounter!

"Tch. Damnit, how the hell did they break the seal I placed!" Mr Bonzly muttered under his breath. He was boiling with anger as he looked at the spectacle before him. His head began hurting as he listened to the cheering voices of the students and the proud faces of the teachers.

Just as he was leaving, he noticed one of the teachers had blood leaking from the corner of their mouth, although they kept the same proud expression.

"Playing tough won't help in the long run…" Mr Bonzly said while snickering. It didn't matter how loud he talked thanks to the students yelling and shouting. Mr Bonzly decided not to do anything right now and quickly disappeared from the scene as no one would blame him.

"Students! Retreat back!" One of the teachers said in a stern tone. It was a man with short black hair and a scar on his left eye. His name was Mr Yoru, one of the strongest teachers in the academy. The aura around him was extremely savage and dangerous as if he had fought countless battles. None of the students refused his orders and quickly retreated further back.

Just as the students moved back, the Slime King's humongous body was seen right in front of everybody. The simplicity of the Slime King's body is what terrified most of the students. It was a body made of just acid and gel with a gigantic core in the middle that moved every now and then.

Contrary to the students' expectations of the Slime King only being able to move slowly, it was moving rather fast. In a matter of seconds, the Slime King was already halfway to where the teachers were. The nervousness in some of the students quickly rose as they watched the gigantic slime rush towards them.

"Ready your magic Angeline!" Yoru said with the same stern expression as earlier. Angeline was another teacher that taught magic classes and was also a pretty powerful teacher.

Angeline followed Yoru's orders and quickly began casting her magic. It wasn't hard for the teachers to defeat the slime, it simply took more time because of the Slime King's huge body. One of the best spells to use on a slime-related enemy is fire or some type of curse like withering.

As Angeline was casting a spell, two huge red magic circles displaying overly-complex lines appeared behind her as an amazing amount of mana built up inside of them. Just as the Slime King reached the teachers, Angeline for some reason aimed upwards as if something was in the sky; confusing the students.

The students were confused by Angeline's actions but still believed in her actions, which proved effective as the Slime King for some reason jumped into the air again. As the Slime King ascended into the air, Angeline's eyes glowed a crimson red light before she spoke,

"Burning Devastation!"

A terrifying amount of fire erupted from within the two red magic circles behind Angeline; shocking all of the students except a select few. Most of the students were in awe of Angeline's excellent prediction abilities. She managed to predict the Slime King's next move!

"Wow! I want to be like Miss Angeline in the future! None of you will be able to touch me then!"

"I'll be better than Miss Angeline!"

Seeing Angeline's magic spell aroused the training and fighting spirits in many of the students' hearts, causing their eyes to burn with determination. Who wouldn't want to be capable of casting terrifying spells such as Angeline's?

The terrifying fire even affected the students as it ascended into the air; aimed specifically for the Slime King which couldn't resist the attacks thanks to being in the air. The moment an inch of the flames touched the Slime King, its gel-like body immediately caught on fire.

The Slime King's entire body was covered in dark red flames as the size of its body slowly decreased.

"It looks like the Slime King's regenerative abilities won't be able to save it this time!"

"The Slime King doesn't stand a chance against Miss Angeline! It's only a Semi-Boss after all!"

The students' wishful assumptions were right on the mark. The regenerative abilities of the Slime King weren't great enough to resist the terrifying burning power of Angeline's flame spell. As it fell to the ground, another will of debris was created, but this time it didn't get far as the last teacher repelled it again with his wind magic.

This teacher's name was Daniel. He was another magic teacher that was incredibly adept and knowledgeable about wind magic. He was the perfect teacher for repelling such a terrifying wall of debris. Seeing that the wall of debris was repelled in but a single instance, the students began cheering again.

Meanwhile, Mr Bonzly was pacing around somewhere close to the SloC Forest. He was trying to figure out how the teachers broke the seal he trapped them in. Another thing that greatly bothered him was the absence of the other 4 teachers. He knew for a fact that there were 7 teachers and he was confident that he sealed them all at the same time.

He couldn't get over the uneasy feeling ever since he saw the first 3 teachers. While pacing around, Mr Bonzly sensed intense killing intent from in front of him and immediately jumped into the air. Although, something came flying towards him, and with no means of defending, Mr Bonzly took the brunt of the attack, which was by no means weak.

Mr Bonzly fell to the ground while covering his left arm with his right as he groaned in pain. Whoever attacked him was definitely not weak and it was evident that they came to take his life based on the amount and intensity of the killing intent he sensed.

'Where are you?' Mr Bonzly muttered to himself while looking around; he was extremely cautious. Just because the killing intent came from in front of him didn't mean that the person attacking him was in that direction. There were countless instances where people were attacked from the front but the attacker was behind them all along.

"Bonzly, you will pay for your evil deed!" A terrifying voice sounded from all around Mr Bonzly that came with it an imposing manner and overbearing aura. Mr Bonzly started sweating after realizing who exactly attacked him. If who attacked him was who he thought it was, then there was no means of escaping, and definitely not without being unscathed.

From behind Mr Bonzly, footsteps could be heard. He instantly turned around to see who attacked him, and his guesses were true. It was Killian Zasho, the principal of the academy! Mr Bonzly was confused about many things, but he didn't have time to ponder about them as a twig from a random tree was sent flying towards him.

Although this may have been just a simple twig, it was not. The aura coming from the twig was extremely dangerous, the twig was strong enough to heavily injure Mr Bonzly if he were hit by it without defending. Mr Bonzly decided to feign innocence and try to lie his way out of the current situation.

"W-What are you talking about, principal?" Mr Bonzly said while bitterly smiling. He was trying his best, but he knew there was little to no chance of fooling the principal.

"Oh? Did I perhaps get the wrong individual?" Killian looked genuinely surprised as he heard Mr Bonzly's response.

Mr Bonzly felt a slight shock as one word appeared in his mind, 'Success'. Although, the word in his head was quickly turned into 'Survive' as he saw something fly by his face at terrifying speeds.

He looked back at the principal, who's surprised expression was replaced with a stern and angry one.

"Today you will pay for trying to kill my students!" He shouted in an angry tone.
