Ordinary, highly doubtful. although if those things are what the MC seen from when he was young then he wouldn't know what is really ordinary so these things are really ordinary in his perception. does it make sense? 😁

Sincerely speaking, the MC isn't a Villan, he is just part of a part of cultivation society that is regarded as bad, so is always attacked His nature is okay for now, even though he is a bit savage. He also didn't show sings of corruption, even though he follows a Dao that looks dark in nature. The novel is good...but I expected more.. Maybe he will become bad as the time passes.

This chapter was particularly delightful. I adore granny's misguided attempts at assuaging Qin Mu's skepticism. Given how she's further ruining Qin Mu's already questionable common sense, I'm looking forward to his antics once he leaves the village.

I am going to feel so sad when the bad **** starts happening to the kid. I get a Wang Lin vibe from this story. Poor, sweet lovable kid just wants to be with his family and gets beat down with life over and over. Not that I don't love Wang Lin's character but he went through a lot of crap and sometimes I think it was sad on his part.
