Yep, his death was inevitable, technically his consciousness had already died long ago and this was just an AI, but I'm still sad. Karolan Loci, Child of Fate, Saviour of Humanity, Champion of Order, He who singlehandedly turned the tide of the Holy War, Strongest of all Main Gods, The God of Holy Light. His church might have been full of pricks, his AI might have made bad and morally wrong decisions, he might have become just a puppet for the Source of Order, but from the beginning untill the end his main goal never changed, to protect the people of Eich and fight evil. Very little about his history and actual personality have we ever learned. He wasn't so much a character as a concept, one that the protagonist opposed, yet I will miss him. Rest in peace.

I still hope for a exclusive chapter about his life, not the best character in this novel, but so many things revolved around him and I will regret at least one chapter for this one who made many things for the history being so great.

This chapter is quite scary, the dimensional invaders seem to be a big deal and all the major power figures, whether they are from the order or chaos faction, are dead, even the protagonist is dead to some degree
