I really hope this hasn't been dropped. And best wishes to dear translator! It's one of my favorite novels on QD. It would be such a shame if it goes silent as I will even have to resort to ML and that is usually not so great. Heck, I would rather it go paid as I would throw spirit stones it's way :(.

On chapter 446 of Release That Witch, Kurisu, the Editor of Pursuing immortality, answers a comment about the hiatus issue. Webnovel's App wont let me copy-paste it, so I will try rewriting it. Kurisu: "Hmm, no one wrote anything on the forum last month? I thought they would. The translator was moved onto another novel... not that anyone told me anything xD was wondering for two weeks what is going on before asking the translator. Anyway, I've heard nothing official, but the translation is either on hiatus or dropped." This was his reply 9 days ago.

I came here to drink beer and read pursuing immortality. And I'm all out of pursuing immortality. :( Time to drink away the sadness.

When a Top 3 story with a regular fanbase get randomly dropped, with no news what so ever, it tells you why people don't wanna give QI any of their money.

Wait, is the TL one of those booted out due to Qidian's move of having translator groups doing the translations instead of an individual?

This is how this site works the good novels are abandoned and the stupid ones are promoted.

*sigh* 10 months ago this gem was dropped for while garbage novels continue being translated. Thinking about all the new chapters that could‘ve been out by now gives me a stomach ache.

Qidian will have a special place in the after life for doing this atrocity.

So since Qidian has basically abandoned this project, are we at the point that solo translators can pick it up? Or are they gonna be assholes and DMCA 3rd parties just to keep such a great novel dead. Really getting sick of QI and their absolute lack of care/communication with the readers.

Zero communication. Best novel on QI. Would gladly go premium for this story, and you can’t even handle the basics of this business model.

Not going to lie, I am still salty over this. Have not bought any stones in over a month now, no point supporting a trash company. No customer service, cash grab new novels that go premium, and the amount of flat garbage content is insane.

Okay even if thisc had to be dropped for whatever reason why can't the translator, or just anyone really, just make a quick post about it? It could be a comment, a review, on the forums, anything. It would take just a few fucking minutes, cmon...

This novel was the only thing keeping me coming to this site, I come back every now and then to check if this novel has been brought back, but I am always disappointed...

Honestly at this point we might as well start spamming the comments on other novels since there's apparently literally nobody viewing these from Qidian. If we spam other novels/TLs maybe they can at least get Qidian's attention.
