On a side note, you might want to change outer-domain back to outer-region as domain can be small or big. Bigger than a region I think and it might get confusing in the long run if some future chapters will start using domains for territory scale.

Why are you using the term barbarian race? It was never used before and it feels awkward.

Alright. Seriously whats up with this Barbarian race stuff? That's just racist. Their aliens, outsiders, a specific species sure. But Barbarians? In English, barbarians are savages who only seek warfare and violence. An intelligent race filled with creative arts shouldn't be called such.
