Dear translator, there are 2 slight mistakes in this chapter. 1. As claimed in the original text, necromancy belonged to negative energy and would be countered by positive energy, e.g. light (electromagnetic wave) magic. Here author carefully write that lightning could be consider as a kind of positive energy, because in principle lightning doesn't not belong to electromagnetic wave. The true form of lightning (electron current) will be reveal later on, and at this moment, nobody was connecting lightning with electromagnetic wave. 2. The idea of putting the 2 priests in the meeting was not fabricated by Thanatos. The grand arcanists only knew the involvement of Church after the 2 priests came to the meeting. What Thanatos made up is the choice of time Vern called the service. This is why the priests "luckily" see the outcome of the experiment just 1 second before launching the attack.

Am I recalling things wrong, or doesn't Filipe already know that Lucien and The Professor is the same?

Now we just need to wait for a whole bunch of religious people to meet Professor X and he can pull off a Kingsman style heads exploding scene. (Because the way theh did that in Kingsman was spectacular and epic).
