The Enlightened Master Crouching Cow
Oh god! What in the seven hells is that fish?! What eldritch abomination is that?! Also, the system of cultivation and their jobs seem a lot more interesting than that of other novels. And finally, what are you people complaining about filler? I saw no filler. It was just an author doind due diligence building his world. This is how actual quality writing is. Had he just described him as "he crossed the sea on a flying ship to the iland. The sea was large and domeneering with shocking evil fish. In it he was told the structure of cultivation in detail". It would have been crude, sloppy, and not half as atmosferic as what we got. For once the world of a cultivation novel seems believable, real, and full of peril and wonder, instead a of a idiotically large wasteland with nothing but a really large stretch of land in between sects.
