Day 10

The next day, Rey heard a knock on the door. It wasn't Poe or Finn (they were inside). She walked over to the door and opened it: it was Kylo Ren.

"Ren what are you doing here?"

"I'm here to apologize."

"Ren it's fine, I forgive you."

"You didn't even here me through."

"Poe told me what happened."

"Oh...well I'm here to show you something. Come with me."

He grabbed her arm and led her out of the apartment.

"Come on! This way!"

Rey ran to catch up with Kylo. After about 10 minutes of walking they reached a clearing.

It was peaceful, lush, and green. Somewhere Rey could go to clear her mind. After a couple of minutes of silence he finally talked.

"This is a special place to me...'

"I used to go here with my father all the time before...before...he passed."

"Kylo..."

"No...call me Ben. That's my real name."

"Ben..."

"It's fine. Let's go over there."

Rey and Ben made their way to a big oak tree and sat under it. For the rest of day they just talked, talked about their fears, talked about their dreams, talked about life, talked about everything.

It made her feel stress free and peaceful.

A feeling she hadn't felt in a long time.
