Thanks for chapter. Question- why was he sent for fostering? It seems only to keep similar to canon. 1. Steffon (MC's father) knows that all the prosperous projects are done by MC and fostering would interrupt that. 2. Jon Arryn would expect that MC use his projects at Vale too, and Steffon should know that..... 3. Fostering is usually done to create alliance or teach the child. MC is also smart genius, and alliance can be created by other ways too.....
