there he goes again, Stupid-ass star-lord always reacting instead of thinking, does he not remember who nebula is running from? would thanos really be clueless as nebula escaped, perhaps he already inserted a tracking chip and was just waiting to get her when she was away from the jedi temple (assuming of course, that he is afraid of their power) also why not find some ways to keep track of the sith lord sidious or get news/rumors, instead of giving a warning and then go, out of sight out of mind. i know some people think Mc should act all grown up-mature because he is 36 years old and others feel like it's ok to act like the child he is. I just miss a middle ground between the 2 personalitys, its not like we know much of anything about the 36 year old dude who died other than he was a hard working dude who maybe was a little stubborn. i like the little internal conflict as he had his first kill, because both personalitys have never killed before (as far as we know) i dont know but it just feels like the Mc right now is just the originalt star-lord(stronger) with a decent knowledge of the Mcu and a tiny bit of star wars. last thing: author, this is not to say i dont like the story and you most likely have ideas for why you chose to fuse a random dude to star-lord but for the time being, i have not seen the reason why star-lord could not have been a regressor or a reincarnation from a diffent timeline who knew a little about star wars.

“The timeframe for the song matches.” Peter Quill was kidnapped in 1988. The studio version cover of Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door by GNR wasn’t released until 1990. Unless you’re talking about the live version that was included on the Welcome to the Jungle 12” single from 1987, but based on Peter’s mixtapes, I highly doubt he or his family would buy a single from Guns N Roses. Just looked it up: “ Meredith Quill put together a mixtape she titled ‘Awesome Mix Vol. 1’ so her son Peter could know all the songs she used to listen to when she was growing up.” Something tells me she didn’t listen to Guns N Roses growing up. Sorry to nitpick. But thanks for the chapter.
