I think Sentry and Izuku can help his classmates to become more powerful. Like making Denki like Black Lightning or using lightning quick he can run fast as lightning. One with six hands can become Spider-Man or not. Toru can become Invisible Woman, I mean original. Eijiro can become The Thing. The one who talks to the animal kingdom can be Animal Man. Sugarman, I don't know what to do for him. Cellophane, well his powers can be used like Snare-Oh from Ben 10. Tsukuyomi, he should train in martial arts, can add wings and a mace so that in day time he can fight on his own and not depend on Dark Shadow his quirk. Ochaco can become Graviton. Yuga Aoyama can become Cyclops instead of shooting lasers through his navel. Mina has Acid quirk, I don't know what to do with rest students of Class 1A. Well you can improve the engines of Ida to make him faster or you can change quirk to superspeed like Quicksilver from comics.
