Megumi can defeat Mahoraga by having the bull run non-stop on a race course for an hour or more then summon Mahoraga and insta kill but if it doesn't work then an elephant from 5 km in the sky kills him and if it doesn't work then do it all together and definitely mahoraga will be dominated

I think I figured out how Megumi can beat Mahoraga, looking back, it was kinda obvious. While both Naohiro and Mahoraga require their wheel to turn, only Mahoraga has an external and physical one. If Megumi can break Mahoraga's wheel before it gets the chance to turn, then he should be able to deal with it faster. Mahoraga is most dangerous in a prolonged fight, so wearing it down isn't an option unless he can stop it from adapting in the first place.
