Really don't like this chapter. All the "You fcked up, but I saved you in secret" bs, one time I understand but now its everything, make your MC more of a failure, maybe we didn't get it. On top of that he is so stupid he is still nervous, if she wanted to deal with him, it would have been months ago, not helping him hide.

Honestly hate it when mcs go to there to learn magic its way overdone marvel has other sorcerers from every region and yet every auther makes thier mc go there even worse than that they always have the mc be at the mercy of the ancient one and cases like this where she holds the fact that she can kill the mc over thier head but is giving them mercy its has made me loath her
