Why do you need to keep the timeline intact? I don't like those kind of MC's who are so controlling and always holding tight to their future knowledge and are careful with not changing the timeline. This kind of behaviour is for the weak. If you have Absolute power it doesn't matter how the timeline changes and this MC is very close to said power.
