Heâs reincarnated so he will never see them as family anyways. Not to mention they are ninjas that are never home so he doesnât see them anyways like normal children would. Plus the fact the mc knows the plot and if heâs weak he will die in the future so he has to train rigorously. Makes perfect sense heâs trying to be nice as strangers livening together not family.
I think it makes sense for the distance to grow as because of his parents being in anbu he seeâs them for what a few days of the year and the fact his sister being in charge of him. Now I get his sisters intention of being cool and teaching the mc but she is a child and the main character is has the mind of a grown man which letâs be honest pretending to be far behind weak and immature would not be sustainable a person would get tired and be themselves so because he acts like himself it doesnât match up with what his family expects of him and that expectation they have of him when they donât ever really see him just makes more of a disconnect between them. He can comprehend that they feel frustrated but how else can he react his family are strangers to him and he pretty much lives on his own with his sister joining the anbu besides the whole mentoring his sister tried to do would fail regardless because if he didnât have the template system and had to grow naturally he would be unprepared for war because itâs not like his sister could have given him enough time to make a difference. Honestly though in the main characters position he did the best and itâs not like he is trying to be mean his family just assumes that he is arrogant and looks down on them and jump to conclusions. A family that has always been going off on missionâs versus friends he made at school and were a consistent and positive presence in his life would make him feel closer to them than an absent family. I would probably just move out if I were him as his family chose to throw him to the wolves and put their honor as shinobi above their family just like they have been doing his whole life choosing to stay in anbu. If he werenât a reincarnated person Kazuki would resent his family and be deeply angered by them as they didnât commit to being a family but rather remained committed to their ninja careers.
In-universe I wonder how his parents and sister can't see that their absence has stunted his social development, I'm guessing when Yui was going to the academy at least one of their parents stayed at home with her, and as soon as she graduated, let's say at 10 they saw how 'adult' and 'responsible' the mc was and concluded that he could take care of himself so they returned to anbu, and Yui was spending her time training and doing missions.
tch...i really hate broken family..it is really interesting to you all...if so i recommend you all to check your mental health...and i bet this comment will be deleted....if i have power to reality i will give all of them the experience of broken family to who like this....is really hurt you know...
Seeing how for granted the family and the village takes the mc , becomes confrontational and antagonising with him realising he is getting out of their control and might get in the way of their vested interests , he might as well just leave the village, now that he has a solid reason to rather than waiting for a mid fight crisis where he will be either forced to choose between his life and his family's or village by either danzo, or sarutobi and his gang.
it's interesting after all he isn't their real son though we don't know if he transmigrated or reincarnated it's still hard to conceive new emotions towards new people after losing everything in his old world u can't expect him to have that innate love for them especially that he only met them rarely and from what the author implied while it might seem he was cold but actually he too yearned for some love and that is shown when he tried to compliment her after all people are socially weird creatures and his way of showing his affection is different especially when he is stressed around by the impact he might have caused on the world and the death looming over his head after all the thing one have trust in the most is one's own abilities anyone in his place will act the same if not more extreme if faced with the same situation. and as a Conclusion both sides were wrong and both sides aren't to blame both had their own circumstances wich led to the state they r in. maybe in a perfect world with perfect people they would've been harmonious despite the hardships but in this scenario they didn't see nor understand what the other side was facing leading to this misunderstanding
Thanks for the chapter We gettting somewhere with this Know we know itâs set off of a common cliche that I call the 3Ms misunderstanding ,misconception and misunderstanding. ( Not a bad cliche cause it happens way more in real life them people give credit) MC doesnât show much emotion with his family and went too hard on his big sister who just wants to help and show her brother sheâs cool big sister but instead Ends up feeling like heâs arrogant and wants nothing to do with her or the rest of the family cause he wonât spend time with them when they have time too when they usually canât Now this can be great character development or just useless drama
