GI Joe rise of cobra has a good amount of advanced tech without being stupidly advanced . however they have nanite technology, used for cancer fighting, warheads, and a type of mind/body control . so there is a type of super tech if you are able to take that technology and apply it to stark technology way before Tony does

Reference for the Dagon technologies, create android robots just the same as in Detroit Become: Human. Those androids have their own purposes, such as cleaning, and imagine if this was implemented on Marvel. Besides, there was a company behind them.
