Can't say I like the "plot tools", ie the fact there is a system but we know nothing about it, after two chapters. I know we will, eventually but this feels just pure forced filler, its pointless and more annoying than exciting to make me read the next, get it over with, explain it so we are clear on what, how, etc and know if its for us to read (each reader of course). The invite part is concerning look, reading many novels, having a party early on, before the MC even has enough power for himself is always a sign the novel is going in a bad direction, where its not the MC (me, I, singular) but now it is We, ie multiple characters and MCs, to a degree. Hopefully this is just baseless fear. Party? Sure, when the MC is strong enough to share his exp. His stats are low, he is just another human, one scratch and its done, and thats plot armor.
