So the MC won't change anything about the plot and will still strive for things to end the same way, good luck with your story it's just not for me, I don't want to waste my time reading canonical events.

This make no sense. After his save power was nerfed into oblivion there is no way he has time to train two sets of skills. He would strugle to train even 1 set of skills to the level of genous. But somehow he thinks that with just double time of a normal person, he would be able to train 2 different sets of skills to the level of a super genious. And all of that while somehow magically keeping his training secret.
