I like the novel but I don’t like how he explains his powers in detail to anyone he sees

The nerfing is annoying. I don’t think saving shadows should take “a part of his own shadow in return.” I think it should work more like Shang Tsung from Mortal Kombat: “Your soul is mine!” And he should be able to collect thousands. If you wanted to sensibly restrict his usage of it, you should have limited how many he could summon at one time or make the summoning more taxing on his divine energy. The way you did it is disappointing.

So he can never have more than a 150 shadows ever?

This nerf was very poorly executed. Instead of quantity, this should have been based on quality or power. As shadows get stronger, the weaker ones get absorbed or pushed out, and they grow up to X factor of MC strength.

well... the nerf was reasonable, I hope that now he uses more of the magic he created,"blade works" and don't let it be forgotten, a rain of swords or daggers, it seems very strong! looking forward to it!
