Wow. Guess having more brain power still makes you an idiot. I mean he literally chose a Dramatic Entrance and he thinks how come this is more troublesome and that he wanted a fun adventure and how he ended up in this mess. Seriously, he should know that a dramatic entrance, where it said something similar to a pillar of light will announce his entrance and location, would be troublesome to handle. And he chose Airbending?? Seriously?? Dude you are in the middle of the Fire Nation capital, inside the palace of the Fire Lord, with no food, water, money, map, resources, no way to escape, no idea of the strength of the people there, and he chose Airbending for the first bending. It would have been better to even choose to wait for at least a day or 2 and not learn any bending for the time being till he got the layout and resources I mentioned. He would be safer that way as a non-bender won't be seen as too much of a threat. I really don't know where all that intelligence and brain power he chose went to. I know he is excited about bending and powers and all, but he really should be a little more calm and logical in his actions and decisions in a new world.
Wouldn't it be Koh's mother rather than Koh that might have been responsible? Isn't she one of the fundamental forces of spirits giving faces to all spirits and people that came after her and is also known to give people new lives which remove their old memories in the process? Koh kind of just takes the faces of people and then leaves.
