Rule number one of transmigration/reincarnation: NEVER tell anyone about it. Even a sentient creature. It’s not about trusting somebody or something. You stated in a previous chapter that there is a bad guy who can break the minds of dragons. Why would you give information that can be seized by the enemy?

That argument would work if he was from this world but he's a reincarnator and has read the book, so he should know what to say and what not to. He should also know about mind magic in the books. This is more like you forcing the mistakes in the name of "character development".

Undeadwizard7:Eragon might be valuing his knowledge a bit to low. He is just human and will obviously make mistakes that can threaten the lives of himself and those around him .

Actually before you get to yasuac you would need to go through or around the village therinsford wich is where eragon and brom got their horses from.. did they walk all they way to yasuak?
