I think he's going to help her and bring her to the hospital and then kinda break things off with her after questioning her. It would be brutal but honestly I think that's also the kindest thing the mc could possibly do at the moment but at the same time the cruelest it'll hurt both of them but it's for the best.

All things considered Ema is a bad girlfriend and just overall not meant to be in a relationship at the moment at all. The mc also has his problems but Ema is ust on another level entirely. I wouldn't hope for this relationship to ever be fixed unless I wanted them both to suffer. The fact that these two will likely get together in the end kinda makes me sad honeslty never thought I'd actually feel that way about a relationship in a web novel though.
