I get that the MC wants electrokinesis, but there is so much potential wasted by making such simple wishes. He could have wished for something like unlimited growth elektronesis that adapts and evolves. That would give him the opportunity to get rid of his weaknesses by being exposed to water and his powers would strengthen over time. Also, if he could wish himself immune to water damage, why not simple wish immunity to all damage, or all negative effects. My wish would be Omnilock: Users reside or can be present outside of everything: space, time, non-space, non-time, duality, probability, improbability, possibility, impossibility, nonexistence, nothingness, existence, etc. Due to being outside of all forms of existence they cannot be affected by anything, even Paradox Manipulation or Reality Warping and are immune to absolutely everything, even Universal Irreversibility.
