I don't know kinda liked the fact that he wasn't reincarnated, makes it something original in a sense. Wouldn't say that I'm against him being reincarnated but if he was doesn't it make more sense that he's memories of his past life will feel somewhat distanced? Just think it's more interesting if the MC can be there own character that doesn’t dictate all there actions through future knowledge.

I wonder if he could gain a Peerage, perhaps instead of connecting them through Demonic Power, they're connected by their souls. As long as MC doesn't die (if he has the standard Devil Life Span). This could also show loyalty, since they wouldn't be able to have their own Peerages, as they don't have Demonic Power, and I doubt whoever made MC's Pieces would make more
