Your exaggerating a bit on the reactions for dramatic effect and its not quite fitting the setting tone down the jumping up reactions as the teacher reacted like a teacher should but while i have no doubt the third hokage was watching this should have more tame like maybe a rased eye brow as he is suppose to be a leader and its quite early into his carrier so the third hokage would be alot calmer as he cant afford any mistakes in his career right now.
