If Mc finds out where and what Baraquiel was doing during all of this ( by reading his aura or memories at least), he might just kill him, himself. Well, he don't have to worry about having a wife to cheat on anymore at least, that's over and done with now. Him being dead might've been a cleaner outcome but, I could actually see this happening with how Baraquiel is as a person and fallen.

Hes thousends of years old and and fallen leader so his subordinate for sure have tried to suduce him and theyre no doubt better than her at it due to having centuries of experience this doesnt make sense unlesss he already caught feelings before this
