Comments of chapter undefined of Back to the Falcon: A Star Wars Second Chance

So does this story take place in Legends or Disney canon? Because I really hope this takes place in Legends. Also since Han has a higher potential than Anakin(pre suit) does he also have a higher potential than Luke?

2ND AMENDMENT NOTES Han Solo may be OP at the moment at the but he still lacks skill and training ,but his potential undeniable .But don't count Luke Skywalker out yet ,can't let Hsn still all his thunder though .Despite Han being an temping bait ,despite thepotentriwl of Luke Skywalker even as Solo legends begin anew again.My best speculation guesses
