I'm surprised that Cersei hasn't sent someone to kill MC already. Or was the person who lanced MC in the back an assassination attempt?

Isn't Jaime banging his married sister, I read in another fanfic that he helped get his little brothers soon to be wife r worded. Is that true? This is a genuine question from someone who's never watched the show and only read the fanfics.
