I’m glad you faithfully adhered to the rules surrounding the nuclear weapons. Another fic on here had Ultron ending the world through nuclear attacks when that would be impossible because the missiles aren’t even networked. They have to use a code, have two manual operators then a key at the same time, etc. All that stuff is not kept on computers.
There are no beggar children in the streets in America. This isn’t the 1800s or a third world country. The police would be called and they would be taken in by social services. They’d be placed in a group home, foster home, or some other service as long as they were under the age of 18. And people wouldn’t get angry about a kid needing to steal food if they were desperately. Now, if they were 18? Nobody cares about the homeless when they’re adults. Sad truth.
I just don't like how this is going, too complicated, and I find the power setup you gave him dumb. If you had the Son of death absorb Zola and somehow make the MC smarter or have technopath power I would be glad. I am just thinking from the perspective of the MC. And this is just the start, already the MC feels more like a plot tool and less like an actual human I am reading about. Anyway, not for me, pass on this.
