How about making his own sacred gear. He already have unlimited material via land of shadow since it copies everything he killed with unlimited revive. He also have knowledge needed for it since he already have Valerie with him adding with her gear soul granting abilities. Arming his own subordinates with it will boost his own faction. Also Boosted gear on balance break has been copied and mass produced on the canon story line so it should be doable.
