This is my personal opinion but isn't his decision childish and contradictory. Sure he said he wants to act as an extra after some people laughed at his class which I find reasonable for he led himself to that situation and refused to elaborate further on his skill(Which he chose for the purpose of not being average yet why not act extra average) because of the extra thing concept he wants to act upon despite being in a whole other world and tasked with a dangerous mission so he decides to uphold personal information and take the hard path

I wonder if he can replace weaker skills with others? If so, then theoretically he could have 100 SSS rank abilities. If not then copying skills below S rank seems like a waste of time!

don't really agree with the authors justification here. I guess that lie detector test is simply beatable like an earth one, because he clearly lied/engaged in deception and got away with it.
