Okay so you made some changes without saying anything. I was wondering where his second heart came from as it was one of the options he turned down and instead chose dragon scales to make his body stronger. You really need to go back and edit the choices to match the current setting.
Though the fact that you are comparing him to an actual dragon leads me to believe you are one of those people who didn't pay attention while reading, as opposed to someone born a dragon with all dragonic traits the protagonist is evolving and gradually gaining traits. One was born with two hearts, the other was originally supposed to gain a second one through evolution and are not comparable. At the very least this is how the story was in the early chapters when they were first releasing, not sure if the author fixed the inconsistencies that created this whole fiasco.
