Well, he created a fear factor for future politicians. No one would be able to live a smooth life knowing they are corrupt until he is caught. So, in a way, he did good, but at the same time, some bad people are necessary in government too, only if they are doing the right thing but using slightly twisted means. Not bad like criminals, mind you, but only a little twisted.
