These are just ideas and I don't know if you've already thought about it, but you could make him gain the knowledge of both Grindelwald and Dumbledore in this way he would become unrivaled both in combat and in all other fields. The first by lowering his defenses or destroying them while he is in prison, while the second in his most vulnerable moment just before he takes the last sip of the Drink of Despair you could make him control Harry and let it infiltrate his mind without him realizing it. Through Harry's point of view + the knowledge of Dumbledore and Grindelwald he could completely eliminate his weaknesses such as not understanding love, change his personality into a more calculating one who is not controlled by feelings, do as Grindelwald and Dumbledore making their followers become eternally loyal etc... you could also give him the ability to be a Metamorphmagus and therefore create a perfect body. I hope he learns to make the Protego Diabolica which in addition to being beautiful and useful was like the Fiendfyre but under control and less destructive while once it is released it becomes a real one like what happened in Paris.
