Hmm i don’t really understand alpha and others, i mean cid say it himself that he accept that whip because that is his punishment for killing the maid. I mean if he doesn’t want to get captured then no one can captured him. Getting whip is cid decision to atone his mistake, his servant and wives should understand that rather than getting angry like banshee. They should be happy that their master is not getting arrogant just because he’s strong, they should be happy their master doesn’t walk into wrong path just because he’s strong, they should respect his decision rather than throwing a tantrum like a child. Iris is wrong sure, but alpha and others should understand just like them who love cid so much, iris also love alexia.
What war are you even talking about? Innocent lives? What? I'm so confused right now. Why would there be any war if they just found the royalty dead? Ever heard of assassination? Also since when did this story gave you the idea of shadow garden saving the innocent? It's not like they really went and did something outrageous for such call outs. What, you want them to not show emotions and not react at all? Again that anger and "tantrum" that you mentioned only came out because alexia asked for it. Again I'm repeating, Alexia asked for it.
T_Rin:I don’t want to called it respect if they need mc order to stop killing and destroying the kingdom, if they really respect mc they need to understand his decision without being ordered, right now they don’t start killing and destroying kingdom just because they can’t go against mc order. I also say iris is wrong, hating her is okay, but killing her? Do they know who will suffer if they kill royal family? It’s the innocent people who will suffer not the royal family. How many innocent people will die if they start a war with the royal family? Do they even understand that or they don’t even care about it? What’s the difference between shadow garden and diabolos cult then if they really destroy the kingdom out of anger? That’s why i called them childish and petty, they need to be ordered by mc to stay put, if not the kingdom will already be gone right now and millions of lives will also be gone just because their master want to atone for his mistake lol.

This whole thing is SUPER edgy. Like next level edge. I physically cringed when I saw you write that he was “punishing himself” I think this whole situation would have worked out waaaay better if you had just edited the part where he killed the maid out and just washed your hands of it. Now you’ve got a protagonist that’s edgy asf who lets himself get beat up to “punish” himself for his transgression. Cringe cring cringe AF.
