Comments of chapter undefined of Academy’s Second Seat

so i don't understand the story plot he needs to become second place to put pressure on the mc so he can become great and do well I guess kill the un kill able demon king who only mc can kill for who knows what reason authors make. so yeah our second place mc who is not even that talented if his brother makes him seem like an average person that his own family think of him as average enough to abandoned partially then the story mc is literally being pressured by a average talented person who is only talented and hold first spot for the being born when the real talents are not born. so basically what I'm complaining about is why does the mc need to be second place when he is just so so to pressure the mc who is being pressured by a so so villain. just take first place the mc is pretty much gonna kill the final boss cause BS anyways
