Comments of chapter undefined of Mystery of the Whispering Grove

I really liked this chapter, the story told by the elder no doubt gave lots of immersive content. He would have sounded quite suspicious if that was what the writing suggested, but perhaps not with the way the story is progressing. I had thought the elder was the same elder from before, they both sat on a bench and it might be quite repetitive to encounter them in the same way. Something like plot armour, whereby the answers are given to the characters through old men sitting on benches and telling them everything. Nevertheless it’s a nice anecdote by Ewan. There could be a better force to prevent the MCs from getting their answers other than an upcoming storm, it really feels like they have all the time they need tbh. Lovely descriptions as always.
