Something is definitely fishy here. Let's not forget that Catherine was into Jones first, also the first person she was in contact with was Jones, now just because someone looks alike another person it doesn't make them blood related (Catherine and Ariel or Damon and Leo) Catherine is a doctor and so is Jones soooo.. let's do the math here.
he didn't seem surprised by her pregnancy ...? is he keeping tabs on her . I don't believe he just showed up. I bet her pregnancy must have been leaked out from somewhere and he came by to confirm it. he didn't want her to have Damon's kids. would he help her shield the news, or would he harm her? Is getting peoples medical records so easy no a days ? to add a bizarre twist what if her twins were both damon and Jones's kid. Catherine and Jones met and she was treating Elianna. If Jones were truly off his rocker then he could have schemed with Catherine to artificially inseminate Elianna. But I mean that's just a crazy theory.
