I always have minor issues when an MC chooses to publish manga of their original world in an Alt-World. After all, you have no idea who exists. Using manga/light novels based on other worlds would be fine but what if they publish Highschool DxD and Rizevim pops up at their door the next day to get answers? Modern AU Crossovers are dangerous for mangaka/light writing Inserts because anyone from Modern Setting Based Series can exist there. It would be like that episode of Supernatural where the Winchesters tracked down Chuck and demanded to know how and why he was writing novels about them.

The concept of being a Mangaka in a fate fic is something new to me, from several other platforms where I read fate fics, none of them have raised this kind of concept, so I hope it won't disappoint.
