Every story has clichés and anti-clichés. What makes them tolerable is how naturally they come about. You've made the clichés come about very organically, so it felt good to read. Predictable elements can be a good thing from time to time as it let's us readers relax from thinking too much. Your version of the bad maid becoming the MC's personal maid was so well done that the others I've read pale in comparison.
