Why did he say he wasn’t going to teach them anything and now he’s offering to teach them?

You said that you won’t teach them just last chapter..why did Mc change ihis mind so abruptly here? And why is e tagging along with them?

This chapter was kind of bad, it was basically a long and boring monologue with the MC acting saying what he did in the previous chapters. A lot of this could have been cut or summarized

It was interesting until now, he just monologued his life story and discovery to people he didn't know last week? And promised to change himself for the better to someone he never spoke to? I'm dropping here good luck with the rest

im suprised the gaang squad is pretty much ok with the mc being a murderer, since aang went through an entire arc to find how he feels about killing ozai or when katara couldnt bring herself to kill her mothers killer, to me it seems like this is the authors way to get him into the gang but it feels forced since he said he wouldnt train them not even a chapter before, and how he wouldn't want to join them for the trouble that would happen
